Lead a team of system architects, developers, QA and field teams to develop and validate a custom wireless system based on a standard chipset (Atheros 802.11n). Started with a common embedded Linux distribution and created a custom MAC GPS synchronized and deterministic, low cost, outdoor wireless TDD point to multipoint system increasing sales by more than 10% (2 patents issued and 4 patents pending).
